OOne of the significant challenges Merit Circle faced during the development of the Beam network was the integration of blockchain technology into traditional gaming frameworks. While blockchain brings decentralized ownership and security, many game developers are accustomed to conventional, centralized models. The shift from traditional gaming infrastructure to one that supports web3 gaming required the creation of new tools, like the Beam SDK, to make blockchain integration seamless. However, overcoming the reluctance of developers to adopt these new technologies and encouraging them to experiment with blockchain posed a substantial hurdle. Educating the gaming community about the potential of decentralized gaming and how it can revolutionize in-game economies required time and effort.

Scalability for Mass Adoption
